YP event and Fundraiser for Cocoon House was a Success!!

December 1st SCYPN and EYP had an event at Emory's on Silverlake in Everett and had a great turnout and lots of fun! Great way to start off the holidays! We were also able to raise $114 for Cocoon House!!

SCYPN/EYP Networking Event & Mayor to Honor Local Band 20 Riverside & Experience Everett Film Contest Awards
This event is in collaboration with Schack Art Center, City of Everett and Experience Everett

Everett Mayor Ray Stephanson will award local band 20 Riverside with the Richard Wendt Award of Excellence for the contribution to arts in Everett.

Additionally, Experience Everett will announce the winner of their film contest. ExperienceEverett.org, a growing grassroots group, is working hard on a film contest that promotes a positive image of life and shares the culture and attractions in the City of Everett. Thirteen entrants are vying for $1,000 in cash, and other prizes.

Afterward, attendees will have a chance to network, check out the new Schack Art Center and even watch as local artists create glass art in the state-of-the-art hot shop.
